What's Cookin'

Time
sure flies when you're having fun and I cannot believe that over 10 years
have passed since I published Cookin’ for the Boss, my first
cookbook that many of you already have. Keith and I celebrated our
32nd Wedding Anniversary in October 2010 and our Guest Business is
going into it's 20th season. We have 5 beautiful grandchildren ages
fourteen to three years old and we enjoy them very much. My daughters have been pushing me to complete and publish this cookbook for a number of years and my 50th Birthday Trip with them, was the final catalyst that inspired me to finish it. Most of the recipes are repeats from the first edition, some with shorter methods or healthier alternatives (imagine) and there are also plenty of new recipes to try. Lots of the recipes in this book are thanks to my Mom and sisters, who drug me kickin' and screamin' into the kitchen to help at the tender age of seven (this really cut into my riding time)!
